Ao me comissionar, você concorda com todos os termos de serviço descritos.
O artista possui o direito de recusar qualquer pedido sem explicar seus motivos.
Caso o cliente não respeite o T.o.s, possuo o total direito de encerrar a comissão e/ou não aceitar mais trabalhar com o mesmo no futuro.
Possuo total direito de minhas obras e possuo o direito de publicar em quais quer plataformas.
Caso o artista sinta que não poderá atender a expectativa do cliente, a comissão será cancelada.
Todos os termos aqui estão sujeitos a mudança em qualquer momento sem aviso prévio.✦ Comissão
O cliente deve fornecer referências claras de seu pedido.
O prazo de entrega pode variar dependendo da complexidade da encomenda. O prazo pode ser afetado por deveres pessoais do artista.
O cliente não possui a permissão para alterar a arte. Apenas para recortes e redimensionar. Em casos de alterações da arte, contate o artista.
O cliente não poderá pedir por mudanças significativas após o sketch ter sido aprovado.
O cliente não pode postar a arte como se fosse sua ou remover a assinatura do Artista.
O artista não irá replicar estilos de outros artistas.
O cliente não poderá revender, reproduzir ou distribuir a arte sem permissão.
O sketch poderá set alterado até três vezes. Modificações após a arte finalizada poderá incluir uma taxa adicional.
O cliente não poderá utilizar a arte para alimentar Inteligência Artificial, NFT ou Tracing.✦ Pagamento
O Pagamento deve ser feito via PayPal ou Pix.
O cliente poderá pagar o valor total integramente ou 50/50.
O cliente poderá pagar 50% ou o valor total assim que a comissão for aceita. Os outros 50% deverão ser feito assim que o sketch for aprovado pelo cliente.
O pagamento deverá ser feito no máximo, em 72 horas após a entrega do sketch.
A comissão deve ser 100% paga após a aprovação do sketch✦ Reembolso
Caso a comissão não tenha sido iniciada ainda, 100% do valor poderá ser requisitado e reembolsado pelo artista.
Caso o sketch já tenha sido iniciado e/ou entregado, somente 50% do valor poderá ser requisitado e reembolsado pelo artista.
Caso a renderização já tenha sido iniciada, o reembolso não poderá ser dado. A arte então irá ser finalizada e entregue.
Caso o artista cancele a comissão, um reembolso total poderá ser realizado.
Reembolsos não serão feitos caso a encomenda já tenha sido entregue. Caso se tenha ameaças ou quaisquers tipos de artifícios, a conversa irá ser salva e o cliente irá parar em uma blacklist.✦ Uso Comercial
Os valores disponíveis são para obras de uso pessoal.
Você somente poderá usar as artes para venda caso compre o direito para uso comercial.

By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms of service described.
The artist has the right to refuse any order without explaining their reasons.
If the client does not respect the T.o.s, I have the full right to terminate the commission and/or refuse to work with them again in the future.
I have full rights to my works and the right to publish them on any platform.
If the artist feels they cannot meet the client's expectations, the commission will be canceled.
All terms here are subject to change at any time without prior notice.✦ Comission
The client must provide clear references for their order.
Delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the order. The deadline may be affected by the artist's personal duties.
The client is not permitted to alter the artwork. Only cropping and resizing are allowed. In case of changes to the artwork, contact the artist.
The client may not request significant changes after the sketch has been approved.
The client may not post the artwork as if it were their own or remove the Artist's signature.
The artist will not replicate the styles of other artists.
The client may not resell, reproduce, or distribute the artwork without permission.
The sketch may be altered up to three times. Modifications after the artwork is finalized may include an additional fee.
The client may not use the artwork to feed Artificial Intelligence, NFT, or Tracing.✦ Payment
Payment must be made via PayPal or Pix.
The client may pay the full amount or 50/50.
The client may pay 50% or the full amount as soon as the commission is accepted. The other 50% must be paid as soon as the sketch is approved by the client.
Payment must be made within a maximum of 72 hours after delivery of the sketch.
The commission must be 100% paid after approval of the sketch.✦ Reimbursement
If the commission has not yet started, 100% of the value can be requested and refunded by the artist.
If the sketch has already been started and/or delivered, only 50% of the value can be requested and refunded by the artist.
If the rendering has already started, no refund can be given. The artwork will then be finalized and delivered.
If the artist cancels the commission, a full refund can be made.
Refunds will not be made if the order has already been delivered. If there are threats or any type of trickery, the conversation will be saved and the client will be blacklisted.✦ Commercial Use
The available values are for artwork for personal use.
You may only use the artwork for sale if you purchase the rights for commercial use.
